Due to the nature of hair extensions, all sales are final once the security seal is broken or the hair is worn. Unopened, sealed bundles may be returned within 7 days of delivery for store credit.

Refunds are issued once your return arrives and passes inspection — the security seal must be intact and the hair completely unworn and unaltered. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Because we cannot restock worn hair for hygiene reasons, orders with broken seals, worn or styled hair, or missing packaging are not eligible for a refund.
